Council Minutes of 10/15/91 <br />LEGISLATION (CONTINUED) <br />Or finance No. - was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. An ordinance authorizing and directing <br />the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agr t with 1~1com Pirnie,Inc. <br />to provide engineering services far a facility plan for the Wastewater~reatmer~t <br />Plant, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-149 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. <br />An ordinance to transfer and make appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1991. <br />Miscellaneous Business <br />On beha o the Council, Mr. Leonard expressed condolences to Mr. Nashar on the <br />loss of his mother. <br />Mr. Tallon scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Monday, October 21, at <br />7:30 p.m., and. requested the attendance of Finance Director Burns and Recreation <br />Director Fattlar. <br />Mr. Leonard scheduled a Safety Committee meeting for Monday, October 21, at <br />8 p.m., and requested Safety Director Gandy attend. <br />Mrs. Bahas scheduled a Legislative Committee meeting for Monday, October 21, <br />immediately following the Safety Committee meeting. On the agenda will be: <br />a review of the resume of Mrs. Hamdan, who is being appointed to the Cable <br />Advisory Board; an interview of Mr. Piar, who is the Mayor's applicant for <br />the Board of Building Code Appeals. <br />Mr. Nashar thanked everyone who had expressed condolences or had sent flowers and <br />masses in memory of his mother. <br />Mr. McKay suggested that Ordinance No. 91-139 be officially tabled by a motion of <br />Council. Since the ordinance was not on the agenda, it was decided to place it <br />on the agenda for the next meeting when it will be tabled. <br />Mr. Nashar moved to change the date of the next Council meeting from Tuesday, <br />November 5, to Wednesday, November 6; second by Mr. Leonard; passed ialan_imously. <br />With the agenda being completed arxi there being no further business to come <br />before Council, President Boehmer adjourned the meeting at 8:44 p.m. <br />! ,~- <br />.
