An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the installation of "No Passing" signs on Barton Road froer Lorain Road north to Bradley Road and to also install a double yellow line prohibiting vehicular passing in said area. Resolution No. 91-141 was introduced arui placed oar first reading by Mr. Leonard. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for one (1) emergency rescue vehicle and equipment to be used by the North Olmsted Fire Department, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 91-142 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Ta]-1on• A resolutioa~ authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 2,000 tons of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 91-143 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise far bids for 5,000 tons of asphalt and tack coating of city streets, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for diesel fuel and gasoline products for use by tt~ City of North Olmsted, as per specifications now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 91-147 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for pulva mixing on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per speca.fica- tions now oaz file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Leonard asked for an explanation of "pulva mixing".
