A resolution extending the deadline <br />for the Great Lakes Water Quality Initiative. Mrs. Sering~er moved for adoption; <br />second by Mr. Tallon; passed uc~anutiousiy. Resolution No. 91-128 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 91-129 introduced by Mayor Boyle and the entire Council was given <br />its third reading. A resolution urging Congressional leaders to approve <br />legislation aimed at returning cable regulation to local gov~nt and <br />introducing competitive alternatives. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by <br />Mr. Leonard; passed unanimously. Resolution No. 91-129 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-130 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing aril directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to <br />enter into an agreement with Delia Consultants to provide engineerix~ services <br />for stormwater culvert and ditch improvements on the Rice Ditch, acid declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Saringer; passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-130 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-131 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mayor Boyle and the <br />entire Council was given its third reading. An ordinance approving a new sewer <br />service agreement between the City of North Olmsted and the County of Cuyahoga <br />under which a portion of Olmsted Township is served by the City's sanitary sewer <br />system, superseding the existing agreement, authorizing the execution of a new <br />agreement, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKaY moved for adoption; second by <br />Mrs. Saringer; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-131 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-126 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the organization of the Police Division. of the Department <br />of Public Safety, and declaring an emergency, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 91-132 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zoxie Map of the City of North <br />Olmsted, which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, <br />by changing the premises hereinafter described from Single Residence A District <br />to Mixed Use District A. <br />Resolution No. 91-134 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />the grading of land and placement of drainage near the northwestern corner of <br />North Olmsted Recreation Center in the City of North Olmsted, ark. declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-137 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its second reading.
