A resolution extending the deadline for the Great Lakes Water Quality Initiative. Mrs. Sering~er moved for adoption; second by Mr. Tallon; passed uc~anutiousiy. Resolution No. 91-128 adopted. Resolution No. 91-129 introduced by Mayor Boyle and the entire Council was given its third reading. A resolution urging Congressional leaders to approve legislation aimed at returning cable regulation to local gov~nt and introducing competitive alternatives. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. Leonard; passed unanimously. Resolution No. 91-129 adopted. Ordinance No. 91-130 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. An ordinance authorizing aril directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Delia Consultants to provide engineerix~ services for stormwater culvert and ditch improvements on the Rice Ditch, acid declaring an emergency. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Saringer; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-130 adopted. Ordinance No. 91-131 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mayor Boyle and the entire Council was given its third reading. An ordinance approving a new sewer service agreement between the City of North Olmsted and the County of Cuyahoga under which a portion of Olmsted Township is served by the City's sanitary sewer system, superseding the existing agreement, authorizing the execution of a new agreement, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKaY moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Saringer; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-131 adopted. Ordinance No. 91-126 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing the organization of the Police Division. of the Department of Public Safety, and declaring an emergency, as amended. Ordinance No. 91-132 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zoxie Map of the City of North Olmsted, which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, by changing the premises hereinafter described from Single Residence A District to Mixed Use District A. Resolution No. 91-134 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the grading of land and placement of drainage near the northwestern corner of North Olmsted Recreation Center in the City of North Olmsted, ark. declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 91-137 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its second reading.
