An ordinance accepting a storm sewer easement located. ~ property <br />owned by Joseph J. Simmons and desig~tteci as Sublot No. 299 i.n the S. H. <br />Kleinman Realty Co~tpany's Garden City Allotment, arxi further designated as <br />Fermanent Parcel No. 233-22-64 by Guy~ga County maps grid records, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mrs. Beringer muted for. suspension of the rule <br />requiring three readings; seco~. by Mir. McKay; passed unanimously. Mrs. <br />Saringer moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 91-135 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-136 was introduced and placed o~n first reading by Mrs.. <br />Saringer. An ordinance vacating a portion of a water rosin e. <t located on <br />property now owned by Columbia Village Apartments, Phase III and designated at <br />Sublot No. 2 of the Columbia Village subdivision as recorded in Volume 225 <br />Page 89 of Cuyahoga County rasps and records, and further accepting is <br />from Columbia Village Apartments, Phase III for two additional water main <br />easements, and declaring an emexgency. Mrs. Saringer moved for scion of <br />the rule requiring three readings; second by Mr. Tallon; passed. unanim€nasly. <br />Mrs. Beringer moved for adoption; second by Mr. Tallon; passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 91-136 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-137 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. <br />Leonard. An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 90-75 entitled, "An ordinance <br />amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing <br />for the installation of a 'No Right Turn on Red' sign at Lorain and Barton <br />Roads regulating traffic travelling in a westerly direction, to read 'No Right <br />Turn on Red from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.', and declaring an emergency." <br />Ordinance No. 91-138 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. <br />Leonard. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North <br />Olmsted by providing for the installation of "No Passing" signs on Barton Road <br />from Lorain Road north to Bradley Road and to also install a double yellow <br />line prohibiting vehicular passing in said area. <br />Ordinance No. 91-139 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind, <br />An ordinance adopting a ryew aru3 revised Section 505.0$ of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Nuisance Conditions <br />Prohibited" of Chapter 505 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted entitled "Animals and Fowl". <br />Ordinance No. 91--140 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. <br />An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses grid other <br />expenditures for the City of North OLnsted for the year ending December 31, <br />1991. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; <br />second by Mr. McKay; passed. ur~nirryously. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; <br />second by Mr. McKay; passed unanimously.
