Council Minutes of 9/17/91 LEGISLATI~V (CONTINUED) Resolution No. -1 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was given its second reading. A resolution supporting the North Olmsted School System's decision to reconvene the North Olmsted Lyceum as a forum to discuss the Bill of Rights. Resolution No. 91-120 introduced by Mr. Tallon on behalf of Mayor Boyle and the entire Council was given its second reading. A resolution supporting the Mickey Leland Memorial Hunger Relief Act. Ordinance No. 91-122 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing .and directing the Mayor of the City of North 0]msted to enter into an agreement with to provide engineering services for a wastewater quality study on se ec tam, and declaring an urgency. Ordinance No. 91-123 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by pro- viding for the installation of "No Parking" signs on the north side of Mitchell Drive from Columbia Road to the west end of Mitchell Drive, and declaring an emergency.
