Council Minutes of 9/17/91 <br />LEGISLATI~V (CONTINUED) <br />Resolution No. -1 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was given its second reading. <br />A resolution supporting the North Olmsted School System's decision to reconvene <br />the North Olmsted Lyceum as a forum to discuss the Bill of Rights. <br />Resolution No. 91-120 introduced by Mr. Tallon on behalf of Mayor Boyle and the <br />entire Council was given its second reading. A resolution supporting the Mickey <br />Leland Memorial Hunger Relief Act. <br />Ordinance No. 91-122 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing .and directing the Mayor of the City of North 0]msted to <br />enter into an agreement with to provide engineering services for a <br />wastewater quality study on se ec tam, and declaring an urgency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-123 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by pro- <br />viding for the installation of "No Parking" signs on the north side of Mitchell <br />Drive from Columbia Road to the west end of Mitchell Drive, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-124 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to amend Section 917.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Ordinance No. 91-125 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Leonard <br />and Mayor Boyle. An ordinance establishing the organizational chart and <br />composition of the Fire Department of the City of North Olmsted, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-126 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Leonard. <br />An ordinance establishing the organization of the Police Division of the <br />Department of Public Safety, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-127 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. <br />An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1992. <br />Resolution No. 9i-128 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar <br />on behalf of Mayor Boyle and the entire Council. A resolution extending the <br />deadline for the Great Lakes Water Quality Initiative. <br />Resolution No. 91-129 was introduced and placed on first reading by the Mayor <br />and the entire Council. A resolution urging Congressional leaders to approve <br />legislation aimed at returning cable regulation to local government and intro- <br />ducing competitive alternatives. <br />Ordinance No. 91-130 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. <br />An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to <br />enter into an agreement with Da1ia Consultants to provide engineering services <br />for stormwater culvert and ditch improvements on the Rice Ditch, aril declaring <br />an emergency. <br />5 <br /> <br />
