Mr. Tal.lmz replied that the <br />total package cost was approximately $3,000 for all City employees, Mr. Stroh <br />also related an incident observed by a client who resides in North Olmsted. <br />Last Saturday the individual alley saw City ~tployees unloading a City truck <br />at a private residence. Mr. Boh].~tnri responded that there were no City <br />employees wnrking an Saturday. If Mr. Stroh can supply the truck number, he <br />will be more than glad to investigate the matter. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Reso cation. No. 91-104 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Personnel and Administrative Services to <br />solicit bids for the purchase of a life insurance policy insuring full-time <br />administrative employees and all elected officials for tern insurance in the <br />amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000). Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; second <br />by Mr. McKay. Roll call: Mr. Tallon, yes; Mr. McKay, yes; Mr. Leonard, no; Mr. <br />Nashar, yes. With three affirmative votes and cxie negative vote, the motion <br />failed to receive a majority vote of all members of Council. Resolution <br />No. 91-104 defeated. <br />Resolution No. 91-108 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for the <br />construction of an automated fuel management and leak detection system at the <br />Municipal Administration Complex in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; second by Mr. Leonard; passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 91-108 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-114 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance to upgrade the existing traffic signal at the interchange. of I-480 <br />W.B. and Clague Road in the City of North Olmsted, and. declaring. an emergency. <br />Mr. Leonard. moved for adoption; second by Mr, McKay; passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 91-114 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-115 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance accepting for dedication a portion of Cambridge Crossings Estates <br />subdivision which includes Bretton Ridge Drive, Wellington Drive, arui Alexandra <br />Court in the City of North Olmsted. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by <br />Mr. McKay; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-115 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-116 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading as <br />amended. An ordinance to transfer and make appropriations for current expenses <br />arxi other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending <br />December 31, 1991, as amended. <br />Resolution No. 91-118 introduced by Mr. Talon was given its second reading.
