Council Minutes of 9/3/91 <br />LEGISLATION (CONTINUED) <br />Or ce No. 1-1 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar <br />on behalf of Mayor Boyle and the entire Council. An ordinance authorizing and <br />directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with to provide engineering services for a wastewater quality study on <br />selected metals, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-123 was introduced ar~d placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. <br />An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the installation of "No Parking" signs on the north side of <br />Mitchell Drive from Columbia Road to the west end of Mitchell Drive, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-124 was introduced arx3 placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. <br />An ordinance to amend Section 917.04 of the Codified Ordinance of the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Miscellaneous Business <br />Mr. r assigne Ordinance 91-124 and Resolution 91-118 to the Finance <br />Committee; Resolution 91-119 and 91-120 to the Legislative Committee; Ordinance <br />91-122 to the Streets and Drainage Committee; Ordinance 91-123 to the Safety <br />Committee. <br />Mrs. Saringer commented that Cablevision had responded to the legislation <br />requesting discounts for senior citizens. Because of Council's request and <br />inquiries from subscribers, Cablevision is reviewing the senior discounts in <br />North Olmsted and will report their plans soon. <br />Mr. Nashar commented that Council had received a response to the legislation <br />requesting the City of Cleveland review the water rates charged to suburbs. <br />Cleveland will not grant the suburbs a review of rates. <br />Mr. Tallon scheduled a Finance Committee meeting on Tuesday, September 10, at <br />8 p.m. <br />Mr. Nashar scheduled a Streets and Drainage Committee meeting on Tuesday, <br />September 10, at 7 p.m. <br />Mr. Leonard scheduled a Safety Committee meeting for Tuesday, September 17, at <br />7 p.m. <br />With the agenda being canpleted and there being no further business to come <br />before Council, President Boehmer adjourned the meeting at 8:32 p.m. <br />t` ~ . ~- <br />'~ ~ Wiz-. <br />( Barbara L.
