An ordinance authorizing and directing the City Engineer to accept and. record dedication plats establishing additional right-of~way for Country Club Boulevard at Lorain Road and Victoria Lane, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Beringer Waved for. adoption; second by Mr. McKay; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-103 adopted. Resolution No. 91-108 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the construction of an automated fuel management and leak detection system at the Municipal .Administration Complex in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 91-109 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Section 1125.03 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, entitled "Members; Chairman," so as to eliminate the term limitation of the Chairperson of the Architectural Review Board.
