Council Minutes of 9/3/91 <br />LEGISLATION <br />Or nce No. 91-103 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance authorizing and directing the City Engineer to accept and. record <br />dedication plats establishing additional right-of~way for Country Club <br />Boulevard at Lorain Road and Victoria Lane, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. <br />Beringer Waved for. adoption; second by Mr. McKay; passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 91-103 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 91-108 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />the construction of an automated fuel management and leak detection system at <br />the Municipal .Administration Complex in the City of North Olmsted, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-109 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 1125.03 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted, entitled "Members; Chairman," so as to eliminate the term <br />limitation of the Chairperson of the Architectural Review Board. <br />Ordinance No. 91-114 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to upgrade the existing traffic signal at the interchange of I-480 <br />W.B. and Clague Road in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-115 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance accepting for dedication a portion of Cambridge Crossings Estates <br />subdivision which includes Bretton Ridge Drive, Wellington Drive, and Alexandra <br />Court in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-116 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to transfer and make appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, <br />1991, as amended. <br />Resolution No. 91-118 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for one <br />(1) combination sewer cleaning machine, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 91-119 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. <br />Beringer. A resolution supporting the North Olmsted School System's decision <br />to reconvene the North Olmsted Lyceum as a forun to discuss the Bill of Rights. <br />Resolution No. 91-120 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon <br />on behalf of Mayor Boyle and the entire Council. A resolution supporting the <br />Mickey Leland Memorial Aimger Relief Act. <br />Resolution No. 91-121 was introduced and placed an first reading by Mr. Tallon. <br />A resolution confirming the administrative action of soliciting quotes for the <br />purchase of property, liability, and other forms of insurance to protect the <br />interest of the City, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for <br />~, suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second <br />by Mr. McKay; passed unani:aausiy.
