Resolution <br />No. 91-107 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 91-108 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />the construction of an automated fuel management and. leak detection systeJn at the <br />Municipal Administration Complex in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-109 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar on <br />behalf of the Mayor and the entire Council. An ordinance amercing Section <br />1125.03 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, entitled <br />"Members; Chairman," so as to eliminate the teen limitation of the Chairperson of <br />the Architectural Review Board. <br />Resolution No. 91-112 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. A <br />resolution protesting the unreasonable water rate increase and requesting that <br />Cleveland City Council reconsider the distribution between suburban and Cleveland <br />water users. Mr. McKay moved for .suspension of the rules requiring three <br />readings and committee review; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. A resolution urging Congress to pass <br />legislation allowing municipalities to re-regulate cable television. Mr. McKay <br />moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; <br />second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously.
