i ~ Council Minutes of 8/20/91 Mayor Boyle assured Mrs. Simonski that, although the construction area does look bad, the finished project will be very nice. Also, lawns and vegetation will be replaced; the City holds a maintenance bond on the project to guarantee that all work is satisfactory. Mr. McKay expressed concern about the motorists using the street as a short-cut. Mayor Boyle assured him and the residents that the Police have been there issuing tickets and will continue to do so. LEGISLATION Resolution No. 91-91 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise forbids for the construction of aeration main improvements at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. Resolution No. 91-91 adopted. Ordinance No. 91-95 introduced by Mrs. Babas and Mrs. Beringer was given its third reading. An ordinance to amend Sections 911.03, 911.12, 911.15 and 911.16 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. Mrs. Babas moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-95 adopted. Ordinance No. 91-96 introduced by Mrs. Babas and Mrs. Beringer was given its third reading. An ordinance to amend Sections 917.02, 917.05, 917.06 and 917.99 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. Mrs. Babas moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-96 adopted. Ordinance No. 91-97 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An ordinance declaring city owned real estate located adjacent to 4542 Silverdale Road, bearing Permanent Parcel Ntnnber 232-27-16, as surplus property and directing the Mayor to sell said surplus property. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Babas; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-97 adopted. Ordinance No. 91-98 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its third reading. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the city of North 0).m~ted by providing for the installation of two stop signs at the intersection of Decker Road and Midvale Avenue, thereby controlling the traffic travelling both north and south on Decker Rom where the same intersects with Midvale Avernue. Mr. Leonard moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; passed uananimo~usly. Ordinance No. 91-98 adopted. Ordinance No. 91-103 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was ;given its secarx~. reading. An ordinance authorizing acid directing the City Engineer to accept axxl record dedication plats establishing additional right-of-way for Country Club Boulevard at Lorain Road and Victoria Lane, and declaring an emergency. ,~,, Resolution No. 91-104 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading.
