Council Minutes 6/18/91 <br />LEGISLATION (CONTINUED) <br />Or ce No. 1- was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Leonard. <br />An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the installation of two stop signs at the intersection of Decker <br />Road and Midvale Avenue, thereby controlling the traffic travelling both north <br />and south on Decker road where the same intersects with Midvale Avenue. <br />Ordinance No. 91-99 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on <br />be behalf of Mayor Boyle and the entire Council. An ordinance ratifying and <br />confirming the entering into of an urgency contract for the hauling of <br />sludge from the sewage treatment plant with Browning Ferris Industries, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rules requiring <br />three readings and committee review; second by Mrs. Babas; passed ~~n~mously. <br />Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Babas; passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 91-99 adopted. <br />Miscellaneous Business <br />Presi ant Boehmer assigned Resolutions 91-91, 91-92 and Ordinances 91-93 and <br />91-97 to the Finance Committee; Ordinance 91-95 and 91-96 to the Legislative <br />Committee; Ordinance 91-97 to the BZD Committee; Ordinance 91-98 to the <br />Transportation Committee. <br />Mrs. Saringer scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for 7:30 p.m. on June 27. <br />Mr. Tallon scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for June 27 immediately <br />following the BZD meeting. <br />Mrs. Babas scheduled a Legislative Committee meeting for June 27 following the <br />Finance Committee meeting.. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come <br />before Council, President Boehmer adjourned the meeting at 9:08 p.m. <br />James D.
