Ordinance No. 91-87 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-88 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance amending Chapter 1135 entitled Ore and Two-family Residence <br />District by adding a new Section 1135.08 (B) 5 providing for exception to the <br />rear yard requirements where there is an existing stairwell. <br />Ordinance No. 91-89 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to scivertise for bids <br />for the purchase of two (2) six passenger, four door sedan automobiles to be <br />used by the Mayor and Service Director, and repealing Ordinance No. 91-55, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 91-91 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />for the construction of aeration main improvements at the Wastewater Treatment <br />Plant in the City of North 0]msted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 91-92 was introduced aril. placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. <br />A resolution adopting the budget of the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal <br />year beginning January 1, 1992, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-93 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. <br />An ordinance to transfer arxi make appropriations for current expenses and <br />other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending <br />December 31, 1991. <br />Resolution No. 91-94 was introduced atxi placed on first reading by Mr. McKay <br />on behalf of Mayor Boyle and the entire Council. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the <br />rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mrs. Beringer; <br />passed unanimously. An ordinance to amend Sections 911.03, 911.12, 911.15, and <br />911.16 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-96 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Babas <br />and Mrs. Beringer. An ordinance to amend Sections 917.02, 917.05, 917.06 and <br />917.99 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-97 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. <br />An ordinance declaring City owned real estate located adjacent to 4542 <br />Silverdale Road, bearing Permanent Parcel Number 232-27-16, as surplus <br />property and directing the Mayor to sell said surplus property. <br />6 <br />
