Council Minutes of 6/18/91 <br />LEGISLATION <br />Reso u-motion No. 91-73 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />for the construction of disinfection facility improvements at the Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant in the City of North Olmsted, arxi declaring an emergency. Mr. <br />Tallon moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Saringer; passed unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 91-73 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-75 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North 0].tnsted by <br />providing for the installation of a "Stop" sign on Hidden Circle where the <br />same intersects with Windy Hollow Lame regulating traffic entering Windy <br />Hollow Lane. Mr. Leonard moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-75 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-76 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending tree traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the installation of a "Stop" sign on Brook Circle where the same <br />intersects with Wild Oak Drive regulating traffic entering Wild Oak Drive. <br />Mr. Leonard moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 91-76 adapted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-82 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the organizational chart and composition of the Fire <br />Department of the City of North OLnsted, and declaring an urgency. Mr. <br />Tallon moved for adoption; second by Mr. Leonard; passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 91-82 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-85 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. an <br />ordinance providing for the issuance aril sale of $1,775,000 notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bands, for the purpose of improving the <br />municipal sanitary sewer system by constructing, reconstructing, <br />rehabilitating, and replacing sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer connections <br />and by improving acid equipping the Wastewater Treatment Plant, together with <br />the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Mr. Tallon moved for <br />adoption; second by Mrs. Saringer; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-85 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-86 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. an <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $125,000 notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring a motor <br />vehicle for use in carrying out functions of the Department of Public Service. <br />Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 91-86 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-87 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $2,300,000 notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving certain <br />designated streets in the City's stmt system by grading, draining., curbing, <br />reconstructing the pavement base, widening, preparing the surface and paving, <br />by constructing, reconstructing and rehabilitating storm sewers, sanitary <br />sewers and water mains, by reconstructing curbs, sidewalks and driveway <br />5 <br />' .. ...
