An ordinance authorizing and directing the hSayor of the City <br />of North Olmsted to enter into an agre~nent with Dalia Consultants to <br />provide engineering services for grading, paving and drainage <br />improvements on Stoneybrook Drive and a portion of Greenwood. Lane and <br />West 233 Street, aril declaring an emergency. Mrs. Saringer moved for <br />suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; <br />second by Mr. Nashar; passed unaninujusly. Mrs. Saringer moved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; passed Lmanimously. Ordinance No. 91-83 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution No. 91-84 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. <br />Bahas. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to <br />advertise for bids for the construction of an enclosed handicapped <br />pavilion at the Horizons Early Intervention Center in the City of North <br />Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Behar moved for suspension of <br />the rules requiring three readings anti co~mittee review; second by Mr. <br />Nashar; passed unanimously. Mrs. Bahas moved for adoption; second by <br />Mr. Nashar; passed unanimously. Resolution No. 91-84 adopted.. <br />Ordinance No. 91-85 was introduced aril placed on first reading by Mr. <br />Tallon. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $1,775,000 <br />notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />improving the municipal sanitary sewer systen by constructing, <br />reconstructing, rehabilitating, arn3: replacing sanitary sewers and <br />sanitary sewer connections and by improving and equipping the Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant, together with the necessary appurtenances and work <br />incidental thereto. Mr. Tallon noted that he was in possession of the <br />signed Fiscal Officer's Certificate <br />Ordinance No. 91-86 was introduced and placed on first reading by U4ir. <br />Tallon. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $125,000 <br />notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />acquiring a motor vehicle for use in carrying out functions of the <br />Department of Public Service. Mr. Tallon noted that he was in <br />possession of the signed Fiscal Officer's Certificate. <br />Ordinance No. 91-87 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. <br />Tallon. An ordinance providing far the issuance and sale of $2,300,000 <br />notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />improving certain designated streets in the City's street system by <br />grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing the pavement base, widening, <br />preparing the surface and paving, by constructing, reconstructing and <br />rehabilitating storm sewers, sanitary sewers and water mains, by <br />reconstructing curbs, sidewalks and driveway aprons, by acquiring and <br />installing signals, signs and other equipment and devices to direct and <br />control traffic and by installing urxlerground wires and cables for <br />street lighting, all where necessary, together with the necessary <br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto.
