<br />~. <br />Council Minutes of 6/4/91 <br />LEGISLATION (CONTINUED) <br />Or ce No. 91- was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. <br />Beringer. An ordinance amending Chapter 1135 entitled One ate. Two- <br />Family Residence District by adding a new Section 1135.08 (B) 5 <br />providing for exception to the rear yard requirements where there is an <br />existing stairwell. <br />Ordinance No. 91-89 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. <br />Leonard. An ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to <br />advertise for bids for the purchase of two (2) six passenger, four door <br />sedan automobiles to be used by the Mayor and Service Director, and <br />repealing Ordinance No. 91-55, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-90 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. <br />Nashar. An ordinance accepting various storm sewer easements located in <br />the Pheasants Walk Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Nashar moved for suspension of the rules <br />requiring three readings; second by Mrs. Babas; Passed unanimously. Mr. <br />Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 91-90 adopted. <br />Miscellaneous Business <br />s, Beringer scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for Wednesday, June 12, <br />at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mr. Tallon scheduled a Finance Cotranittee meeting for Tuesday, June 11, <br />at 8 p.m. <br />Mrs. Babas moved to adjourn into executive session for the purpose of <br />discussing a lawsuit; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. <br />Council adjourned into executive session at 8:33 p.m. President <br />Boehmer reconvened Council at 9:28 p.m. <br />Mr. Nashar moved to excuse the absence of Councilman McKay; second by <br />Mr. Leonard; passed unanimously. <br />On behalf of Council, Mr. Nashar expressed condolences to the O'Grady <br />family. Councilman O'Grady will be missed by all members of Council. <br />Mr. Boehmer assigned Ordinances 91-85, 91-86, 91-87, and 91-89 to the <br />Finance Committee; Ordinance 91-88 to the BZD Committee. <br />Mr. Boehmer thanked everyone for the letters, cards, and prayers for his <br />wife Ruth who passed away recently. <br />With the agenda being coanpleted and there being nD further business to <br />come before Council, President Boehmer adjourned the meeting at 9:33 p.m. <br />.1 <br />Barbara L.
