Council Minutes of 5/21/91 <br />LEGISLATION (CONTINUED) <br />an emergency. Mr. Ta on stated that he had in his possession the <br />signed Fiscal Officer's Certificate for Ordinance No. 91-74. Mr. Tallon <br />moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readlings and co~amittee <br />review; secorxi by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. Mr. Tallon moves <br />for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 91-74 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-75 was introduced aril placed ~ first reading by Mr. <br />Leonard. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of <br />North Olmsted by providing for the installation of a "Stop" sign ~ <br />Hidden Circle where the same intersects with Windy Hollow Lane <br />regulating traffic entering Windy Hollow Lane. <br />Ordinance No. 91-76 was introduced by Mr. Leonard aril placed on first <br />reading. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of <br />North Olmsted by providing for the installation of a "Stop" si.g~ on <br />Brook Circle where the same intersects with Wild Oak Drive regulating <br />traffic entering Wild Oak Drive. <br />Ordinance No. 91-77 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr's. <br />Beringer. (Walter Road) An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of <br />North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio in the matter of the hereinafter <br />described improvement and requests the cooperation of the County of <br />Cuyahoga, State of Ohio. Mrs. Beringer moved for suspension of the <br />rules requiring three readings aril coanmttee review; second by Mr. <br />Tallon; passed ~mAn;mously. Mrs. Sari.nRger moved for adoption; second by <br />Mr. Tallon; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-77 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-78 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. <br />McKay. (Mastick Road) An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of <br />North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter <br />described improvement and requests tree cooperation of the County of <br />Cuyahoga, State of Ohio. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rules <br />requiring three readings and comn.ttee review; second by Mr. Tallon; <br />passed unaninously.
