Council Minutes of 5/21/91 LEGISLATION Ordinance No. 90-125 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was given its third reading. An ordinance adopting a new and revised Planning and Zoning Code for the City of North Opted. Mrs. Beringer moved for adoption; secorxi by Mr. Tallon; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 90-125 adopted. Ordinance No. 91-62 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its third reading. An ordinance amending Chapter 941 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North OLnsted entitled "Refuse Collection" by adding thereto a new Section 941.03 entitled "Storage of Refuse -Commercial Establishments" and declaring an emergency. Mr. Leonard moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unaninwusly. Ordinance No. 91-62 adopted. Ordinance No. 91-64 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. An ordinance amending Section 161.06 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Vehicle Mileage Allowance" of Chapter 161 entitled "Employees Generally". Mr. Leonard moved for adoption; second by Mr. Tallon; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-64 adopted. Resolution No. 91-53 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was given its second reading. A resolution urging Cablevisic~n of Ohio to exterxi a senior citizen discount to all those seniors who qualify for the Golden Buckeye Card tinder the Ohio Golden Buckeye program. Resolution No. 91-53 adopted. Resolution No. 91-71 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to negotiate a contract with Norstan for improvements to the telephone system for the Police Station, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 91-72 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the construction of stormwater culvert aru3. ditch improvements on the Coe lateral in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an urgency. Resolution No. 91-73 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the construction of disinfection facility improvements at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 91 -74 was introduced aruii placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $1,200,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the municipal sanitary sewer system by rehabilitating and replacing sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer connections, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto, and declaring 6
