Council Minutes of 5/8/91 <br />LEGISLATION (CONTINUED) <br />Ordinance No. 91-68 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. <br />Tallon. An ordinance to make transfers and appropriations for current <br />expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the <br />year ending December 31, 1991. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of the <br />rules requiring three readings and commi.tte~ review; second by Mrs. <br />Babas; passed unanimously. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; second by <br />Mrs. Babas; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-68 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-69 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. <br />Nashar. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of <br />North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Western Reserve <br />Engineering & Surveying Cc~mparYy to ~ovide engineering services for <br />grading, paving, sewer, and drainage improvements on Terrace Drive, <br />Nancy Drive, Louann Drive, and Angela Drive, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Nashar moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings <br />and coemi.ttee review; second by Mrs. Babas; passed usly. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to <br />negotiate a contract with Norstan for improvements to the telephone <br />system for the Police Station, and declaring an emergency. <br />Miscellaneous Business <br />Mr. Leonard scheduled a Transportation Committee meeting immediately <br />following the Council meeting. <br />Mrs. Babas scheduled a Legislative Committee meeting for May 13 at 7:30. <br />Mr. Boehmer assigned Ordinance No. 91-53 to the Legislative Committee <br />and Ordinance No. 91-71 to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />6 <br />.~~~,~ <br />i <br />
