An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City <br />of North 0]snsted to enter into an agreement with R. E. Warner & <br />Associates to provide engineering services for grading, paving, curbing <br />and drainage on Silverdale Road, Selhurst Road anc]. Duane Road. Mr. <br />Nashar moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings. and <br />committee review; second by Mr. Tallon; passed unanimously. Mr. Nashar <br />moved for adoption; second by Mr. Tallon; passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 91-61 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-62 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its second <br />reading. An ordinance ambending Chapter 941 of the Codified Ordinances <br />of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Refuse Collection" by adding <br />thereto a new Section 941.03 entitled "Storage of Refuse -Commercial <br />Establishments" and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-64 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second <br />reading. An ordinance amending Section 161.06 of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Vehicle Mileage <br />Allowance" of Chapter 161 entitled "Employees Generally". <br />Resolution No. 91-53 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. <br />Beringer. A resolution urging Cablevision of Ohio to extend a senior <br />citizen discount to all those se~ni.ors who qualify for the Golden Buckeye <br />Card under the Ohio Golden Buckeye program. (The Clerk read the <br />resolution in its entirety.) <br />Ordinance No. 91-66 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. <br />Tallon on behalf of the Mayor and the entire Council. Bohning & Associates, Inc. to <br />provide engineering services for grading, paving, curbing, & drainage <br />improvements on Marion Road. ark Clifford Drive, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of the rules requiring three <br />readings and committee review; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed <br />unanimously. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-66 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-67 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. <br />Tallon.
