A resolution requesting the <br />programs aimed at assisting senior ci <br />suspension of the rules requiring thr <br />second by Mr. McKay; passed unanimous <br />secorxl by Mr. McKay; passed unanimous <br />placed on first reading by Mr. <br />ntinuaton and/or expansion of <br />zens. Mr. Tallon moved for <br />readings and committee review; <br />Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; <br />Resolution No. 91-65 adopted. <br />Miscellaneous Business <br />Mr. M y moved to change the May 7 C~uncil meeting to May 8 because of <br />the Special Election to be held on Mai 7; second by Mr. Leonard; passed <br />unanimously. <br />Mr. McKay moved to excuse the absenceof Mrs. Beringer and President <br />Boehmer; second by Mr. Leonard; passe. unanimously. <br />President Pro Tem Nashar assigned Ordinance Nos. 91-61 and 91-64 to <br />the Finance Committee; Ordinance No. 1-62 to the Environmental Control <br />Committee. <br />With the agenda being completed and ere being no further business to <br />come before Council, President Pro T Nashar adjourned the meeting at <br />$:35 p.m. <br />/s- <br />/ / <br />~2 ~~ <br />Barbara L.
