Council Minutes of 4/16/91 Audience Partici tian An y Nico a, ~i$32 Clague Road, reported on the findings of the Army Corps of Engineers that surveyed the area of the Stone's Throw Apartments. The study revealed 5 to 6 acres of wetlis on the property. The developer will soon be receiving ccx~uii.cations from the EPA. Also, the Army Corps of Eh~gineers visited 27 sites in the City of North Olmsted; they were particularly interested in the new development on Bradley Road. They will recammerx3: that a steering committee be established to implement ideas on land development within the City. LEGISLATION Ordinance No. 91-55 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance authorising the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the purchase of two (2), six passenger, four door sedan automobiles to be used by the Mayor and Service Director. Resolution No. 91-57 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Seacvice to advertise for bids for one (1) integral tractor-loader-backhoe wheel type, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 91-58 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of the Mayor and entire Council was given its second reading. A resolution opposing extensive cuts proposed ar~i/or the eventual elimination of the low income energy assistance program (LIHEAP). Ordinance No. 91-59 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing a new and revised Secticm 339.02 of the City of North Olmsted Codified Ordinances entitled, "Use of Local Streets; Local Permits and Conditions". Ordinance No. 91-61 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with R. E. Warner & Associates to provide engineering services for grading, paving, curbing and. drainage on Silverdale Road, Selhurst Road and. Duane Road. Ordinance No. 91-62 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Leonard. An ordinance amending Chapter 941 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Refuse Collection" by adding thereto a new Section 941.03 entitled "Storage of Refuse -Commercial Establishments" and declaring an urgency. Ordinance No. 91-64 was introduced and placed an first reading by Mr. Tallon.
