Council Minutes of 2/6/91 <br />z <br />LEGISLATION. (CONTINUED) <br />Ordinance No. 91-2 was introduced and placed ~ first reading by Mr. <br />Tallon. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of a $100,000 <br />note, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of <br />improving the City's street system by acquiring and installing signals, <br />signs and other equii.pment mad. devices to direct aryl control the flow of <br />vehicular aryl pedestrian traffic, and declaring an emergency. Mr. <br />Tallon moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; <br />second. by Mrs. Beringer; passed urrranimously. Mr. Tallon noted that <br />Ordinance No. 91-24 had the fiscal officer's certificate attached. Mr. <br />Tallon .moved for adoption;. second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 91-24 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-25 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. <br />Tallon. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of a $100,000 <br />note in anticipation of the insurance of bonds, for the ptiirpase of <br />acquiring a motor vehicle ar~i related equipment for the Department of <br />Public Service, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for <br />suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. O'Grady; <br />passed unanimously. Mr. Tallon Hated that the fiscal officer's <br />certificate was attached to the ordinance. Mr. Tallon moved far <br />adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. <br />91-25 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-26 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. <br />Tallon. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of a $100,000 <br />note, in anticipation of the issuance of bands, to pay costs of <br />improving the municipal sewage systen by acquiring, constructing, and <br />installing storm sewers, storm water retention basins, storm water <br />drainage control equripment aril catch basins, together with the necessary <br />appurtenances thereto, anti declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for <br />suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mrs. <br />Beringer; passed iu~animously. Mr. Tallon noted that the fiscal <br />officer's certificate was attached to the ordinance. Mr. Tallon moved <br />for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 91-26 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-27 was introduced mid placed on first reading by Mrs. <br />Baha.s. An ordinance authorizing aryd directing Don Copeland to make <br />application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for Commyur~i.ty <br />Development Block Grant Fps for the fiscal year 1991, (17th year), and <br />declaring an emergency.
