Ordinance No. <br />91-20 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-21 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay <br />on behalf of the Mayor and the entire Council. An ordinance providing for <br />the issuance and sale of $340,000 rues, in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds, to pay costs of improving Great Northern Boulevard, Country Club <br />Boulevard, Victoria Lane, and Kennedy Ridge Road between certain termini by <br />removing the existing pavement, grading, draining, curbing, preparing the <br />pavement base, paving and constructing and reconstructing storm suers and <br />sanitary sewers, where necessary, together with the necessary appurtenances <br />thereto, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the <br />rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mrs. <br />Saringer; passed unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mrs. <br />Saringer; passed unaninously. Mr. O'Grady noted that the fiscal. officer's <br />certificate was attached to the ordinance. Ordinance No. 91-21 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-22 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. <br />Tallon. An ordinance providing for the issuance and. sale of $200,000 notes, <br />in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of providing funds <br />to pay costs of the judgment rendered ~sinst the City in Civil Action <br />Ntanber C82-3089 in the United States District Court for the Northern <br />District of Ohio, Eastern Division, and losses, damages and exgenees related <br />thereto, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of the <br />rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. McKay; passed unanimously. <br />Mr. Tallon noted that the fiscal officer's certificate was attached to the <br />ordinance. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $200,000 <br />notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of acquiring <br />an emergency rescue vehicle acid equipa~nt, including turn out gear, air <br />packs and tanks, radio equipment, hoses and nozzles, for use in carrying out <br />functions of the Division of Fire of the Departt~ent of Public Safety, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of the rubs <br />requiring three readings; second by Mrs. Babas; passed unanimously.. Mr. <br />Tallon noted that the fiscal officer's certificate was attached tv the <br />ordinance. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Babas; passed <br />unanimously.
