An ordinance amending Sections lb ar~d 18 of Ordinance 90-38 entitled "An ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various administrative and legislative personnel." Mr. Tallon moved to table; second by Mr. O'Grady; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 90-91 tabled. Mr. O'Grady noted that Councilman Leonard had. asked that Ordinance 90-91 be tabled. Ordinance No. 91-3 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing the organizational-chart arpd composition of the Fire Department of the City of North 0]msted, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 91-15 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 50,000 gallons of sodium alu~ninate for use by the North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Facilities Plant, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 91-16 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf of the Mayor anti the entire Council. A resolution supporting our military service persormel in the Middle East. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of type rules requiring three readings and review by coaamittee; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. Resolution No. 91-17 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Saringer on behalf of the Mayor and the entire Council. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the construction of the sanitary sewer rehabilitation, Phase B-1991, improvements at various locations in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 91-19 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon on behalf of the Mayor and the entire Council. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $1,500,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of renovating, remodeling, rehabilitating, furnishing, equipping, and otherwise improving the Municipal Recreation Center arxi improving and equipping its site, and declaring an emergency.
