A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to <br />advertise for bids for 50,000 gallons of sodium alu~ninate for use by the <br />North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Facilities Plant, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 91-16 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay <br />on behalf of the Mayor anti the entire Council. Resolution No. 91-16 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 91-17 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. <br />Saringer on behalf of the Mayor and the entire Council. A resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the <br />construction of the sanitary sewer rehabilitation, Phase B-1991, <br />improvements at various locations in the City of North Olmsted, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-19 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon <br />on behalf of the Mayor and the entire Council. An ordinance providing for <br />the issuance and sale of $1,500,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance <br />of bonds, to pay costs of renovating, remodeling, rehabilitating, <br />furnishing, equipping, and otherwise improving the Municipal Recreation <br />Center arxi improving and equipping its site, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; <br />secorpci by i~r.
