Council Minutes of 2/6/91 <br />LEGISLATION (CONTINiIID) <br />Reso ution No. 1- introduced by the Mayor oral the entire Council was <br />given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public <br />Service to advertise for bids for the construction of roadway improvements <br />on Country Club Boulevard, Victoria Lane and a portion of Kennedy Ridge Road <br />in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved <br />for adoption; second by Mr. Naahar; passed unanimously. Resolution No. 91- <br />10 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 91-11 introduced by the Mayor and the entire Council was <br />given its third reading. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; <br />second by Mr. Tallon; passed unanimously. Resolution No. 91-11 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-12 introduced by the Mayor and the entire Council was given <br />its third reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to <br />enter into a contract with the Ohio Public Works Commission for the purpose <br />of the reconstruction of Country Club Boulevard, Victoria Lane, and a <br />portion of Kennedy Ridge Road, and declaring an emergency Mr. Ta11on moved <br />for ~.option; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. <br />91-12 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-13 introduced by the Mayor and the entire Council was <br />given its third reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor <br />to enter into a contract with the Ohio Public Works Commission for the <br />purpose of reconstruction of Elm Road frown Columbia Road easterly <br />approximately 2,500 feet, ark: declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for <br />adoption; second by Mrs. Bahas; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-13 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-14 introduced by the .Mayor and the entire Council was given <br />its third reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to <br />enter into a contract with the Ohio Public Works Commission for the purpose <br />of sanitary sewer rehabilitation, Phase B, and declaring an emergency. Mr. <br />Tallon moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Saringer; passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 91-14 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 90-154 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance to amend Sections 1501.0101, 1501.OS01, 1501.0502, 1501.1302, <br />1501.1901, and 1501.2101 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North <br />0]msted, Ohio, in order to increase the municipal income tax rate from one <br />percent to two percent and to increase the municipal income tax credit to <br />one hundred percent of the income tax paid to another municipality on income <br />taxed by the City of North Olmsted to the extent that the income tax so paid <br />does not exceed two percent of that taxable income, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Ta11on moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; passed <br />unanimously.
