Council Minutes of 1/16/91 <br />LEGISLATION (CONTINiJED) <br />Resolution No. 1- 1 introduced by Mayor Boyle and the entire Council <br />was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of <br />Public Service to advertise for bids for the reconstruction of Elm Road <br />in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-12 introduced by Mayor Boyle and the entire Council was <br />given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the <br />Mayor to enter into a contract with the Ohio Public Works Commission for <br />tree purpose of the reconstruction of Country Club Boulevard, Victoria <br />Lane, and a portion of Kennedy Ridge Road, and declaring an urgency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-13 introduced by Mayor Boyle and the entire Council was <br />given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the <br />Mayor to enter into a contract with the Ohio Public Works Commission for <br />the purpose of reconstruction of Elm Road from Columbia Road easterly <br />approximately 2,500 feet and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-14 introduced by Mayor Boyle a¢id the entire Council was <br />given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the <br />Mayor to enter into a contract with the Ohio Public Works Commission for <br />the purpose of sanitary sewer rehabilitation, Phase B, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Miscellaneous Business <br />Mr. 0 Gra y move to excuse the absence of Mr. Boehmer and Mr. Leonard; <br />secorxi by Mrs. Bahas; passed unanimously. <br />Mr. O'Grady recommended that Mrs. Campbell's letter of resignation be <br />read at the next regular Council meeting. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to <br />come before Council, President Pro Tem Nashar adjourned the meeting at <br />7:45 p.m. <br /> <br />,~ <br />.v!%.a, m <br />2 <br />
