Council Minutes of 1/15/91 <br />Miscellaneous Business (Continued) <br />Mayor Boy e r everyor~ t the newly awarded grant money is <br />earmarked for specific projects; the income tax, which will be on the <br />ballot February 5, is very mach needed by the City. The money generated <br />by the income tax will help repair and maintain roads, repair and. maintain <br />sewers, and provide for recycling. <br />Mrs. Bahas assigned Ordinance 91-3 to the Safety Committee; Ordinance 91-5 <br />to the Finance Committee; and Ordinances 91-10 through 91-14 to the <br />Streets and Drainage Committee, <br />Mrs. Bahas announced a Long-Range Planning Committee meeting for <br />Wednesday, January 16, at 7 o'clock.
