Council Minutes of 1/15/91 <br />LEGISLATION (CONTINUED) <br />Reso cation No. - was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor <br />Boyle on behalf of himself ary`i the entire Council. A resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the <br />construction of roadway improvements on Country Club Boulevard, Victoria <br />Lane and a portion of Kennedy Ridge Road in the City of North Olmsted, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 91-11 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor <br />Boyle on behalf of himself arxi the entire Council. A resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the <br />reconstruction of Elm Road in the City of North Olmsted, anti declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-12 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor <br />Boyle on behalf of himself aril. the entire Council. An ordinance <br />authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Ohio <br />Public Works Commission for the purpose of the reconstruction of Country <br />Club Boulevard, Victoria Lane, and a portion of Kennedy Ridge Road, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-13 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor <br />Boyle on behalf of himself aryd the entire Council. An ordinance <br />authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Ohio <br />Public Works Commission for the purpose of reconstruction of Elm Road from <br />Columbia Road easterly approximately 2,500 feet and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-14 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor <br />Boyle on behalf of himself aril the entire Council. An ordinance <br />authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Ohio <br />Public Works Commissions for the purpose of sanitary sewer rehabilitation, <br />Phase B, and declaring an emergency. <br />Miscellaneous Business <br />Mr. McKay thank East Ohio Gas Go. for their cooperation and help with a <br />gas pressure problem at the Recreation Center during the Open House. <br />Their quick response made it possible to operate the boiler that provides <br />heat for the swinming pool. <br />Mr. O'Grady placed the name of George Nashar in nomination for the office <br />of President Pro Tem of Council; seconded by Mr. Tallon. Mr. Nashar <br />thanked Council for the nomination and accepted the position. <br />Mr. Tallon commented on how pleased he was to see such a large crowd <br />attending the Open House at the Recreation Center. He was gratified to <br />see everyone having a good time aryl hopes the residents will continue to <br />use this fine facility in the future. <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />
