Council Minutes of 1/15/91 <br />LEGISLATION (CONTINUED) <br />Or ce No. 91-1 introduced by the Mayor on behalf of himself and the <br />entire Council was given its second reading. An ordinance maintaining <br />wages, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment for full-time <br />employees of North Olmsted, Ohio, who are called to active military <br />service during the Middle East crisis, repealing all ordinances <br />inconsistent herewith and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-2 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second <br />reading. An ordinance vacating a portion of a drainage easement located <br />on properties raw owned by Thomas A. and Ruth E. Sloggett, Eric N. and <br />Joan A. Reike, and R.A.G. Custom Hoes, Inc. and further accepting a <br />drainage easement, as delineated and rued in the Sloggett & Reike <br />Resubdivision. <br />Ordinance No. 91-3 was introduced and placed an first reading by Mayor <br />Boyle. An ordinance establishing the organizational chart atxi composition <br />of the Fire Department of the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 91-4 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. <br />Nashar. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to <br />advertise for bids for the construction of water line improvements at <br />North Olmsted Park in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Nashar moved for suspension of the rules requiring three <br />readings; second by Mr. O'Grady; passed unanimously. Mr. Nashar moved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. O'Grady; passed unanimously. Resolution No. 91-4 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-5 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. <br />Tallon. An ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for the <br />Councilmen at Large Members of the Council of the City of North Olmsted <br />for the teen of office commencing January 1, 1992 aril ending December 31, <br />1995, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-8 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. <br />Nashar. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of <br />North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Delia Consultants to provide <br />engineering services for stormwater culvert and ditch improvements on the <br />Coe lateral, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 91-9 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. <br />Saringer. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to <br />advertise for bids for the construction of sanitary sewer improvements at <br />various locations in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mrs. Sari.nger moved for suspension of the rules requiring <br />three readings; second by Mr. Nashar; passed unanimously.
