Will meet with the Forest Ridge Homeowners' Association
soon to hear their recommendations.
2) There have been reports of people, posing as reputable realtors,
contacting Clague Road residents and suggesting that they sell their
property before it is too late. Nothing will happen to Clague Road in
the near future, so residents should not panic. If and when something
does occur, the State must give txmneowners fair market value for their
property. Also, residents do have legal recourse in the courts if they
feel the State is not treating them fairly. The realtors who have been
been approaching these residents are using unethical methods.
Mrs. Bahas agreed that this was an unethical procedure and urged
residents to call the Cleveland area Board of Realtors at 696-5353.
3) City has entered into an agreement with the Law Enforcement
Television Network to improve the training of police, and eventually
fire officers, and to reduce costs. Our officers can be trained
here, thereby saving the cost of traveling. This will also reduce our
liability.
1
n~~
