An ordinance providintg for the establishment of a program of <br />recycling for multi-family dwelling units located within the City of North 0]msted <br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rules requiring <br />three readings; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Nk.IGay moved. <br />for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-172 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-173 introduced by Mr. Lind on behalf of Mayor Boyle was given. its <br />second reading. An ordinance establishing health care benefits for non-bargaining <br />employees of the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 92-174 was introduced grid placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Northern Ohio <br />Patrolmen's Benevolent Association, which agreement is the Collective Bargaining <br />Agreement between the City and the North Olmsted Police Department Dispatchers, <br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring <br />three readings; second by NIr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Nir. Lind moved <br />for adoption; secorx~. by Mr. McKay. Roll call: Lind, yes; McKay, yes; Saringer, <br />yes; Bahas, yes; Nashar, yes; Leonard, no; Niusial, yes. Notion passed. with six <br />affirmative votes and one negative vote. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the North Olmsted <br />Fire Fighters Local 1267, I.A.F.F., which agreement is the Collective Bargaining <br />Agreement between the City arxi the North Olmsted Fire Department and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; <br />secorxi by Mrs. Saringer; motion passed unanimously. NIr. Lind moved far adoption; <br />second by Mrs. Saringer. Roll call: Lind, yes; Saringer, yes; Nashar, yes; <br />Nlusial, yes; Bahas, yes; Leonard, no; McKay, yes. Motion passed with six <br />affirmative votes and one negative vote.
