Council Minutes of 12/15/92 °~wr Mr. Nashar, Chairperson of the Streets & Drainage Committee, reported: 1) The committee met on December 8. In attendance were Council Members Beringer, Musi.al, Lind, Nashar; Service Director Bohlmarm. Resolution 92-163 was discussed. This legislation authorizes the Service Director to advertise for bids for the irmprove- ment of Maria Lane and Rosita Lane. L~der this bid package, we will be asking for a new concrete street and storm drai.~ge. The estimated cost for this project is $800,000 and it will be done in 1993. The committee recommended approval. 2) Mr. Nashar asked the me~abers of Cub Scout Pack 332 to come to the podium and state their name and rank. The Cub Scouts are as follows: Joe Soltis, Webelo Tom Danzey, Webelo Richard Bis, Webelo Bradley Wagner, Webelo Jonathan Wojciechowski, Webelo Robbie Duber, Webelo Matt Tomecko, Webelo Carl Mazzone, Webelo Allen Seeley, Webelo No Audience Participation LEGISLATION Resolution No. 92-163 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for aryl accept bids for the improvement of Maria Lane and Rosita Lane, as detailed i.n the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 92-163 adopted. Ordinance No. 92-165 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was given its second reading. An ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 1305 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, entitled "One, Two and Three-Family Dwelling Code", as amended. Ordinance No. 92-167 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance approving encl. authorizing the execution of an agreement with the North Olmsted City School District providing for the sharing of certain municipal income tax revenues related to a project to be owned and constructed by Diversified Equities Limited Partnership and leased to Moen, Inc. Ordinance No. 92-170 introduced by Mr. Lind on behalf of Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenees and expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1993, as amended. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mrs. Babas; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Babas; motion passed unanimously.
