Council Minutes of 12/1/92 <br />LEGISLATI~l (continued) <br />Reso ution No. - introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for <br />the repair and refurbishing of a 1977 Seagrove Pumper Fire Truck and to further <br />advertise for bids for the purchase of a new pumper fire truck as per specifica- <br />tions now on file in the office of the Director of Public Safety, encl. ~thorizing <br />the Mayor to contract for same and declaring an emergency. Mr. M~xay moved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. Leonard; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. <br />92-156 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-157 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance accepting an easement for the installation atxi maintence of a water <br />line for the purpose of supplying water service by the City of Cleveland to la~xl <br />owned by North Olmsted Golf Course, Inc. and Shore West Construction Cozy. <br />Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. Musial; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 92-157 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-158 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance accepting an easement for the installation and maintrt+ce of a water <br />line for the purpose of supplying water service by the City of Cleveland to land <br />owned by Hennie Homes, Inc. and declaring an e~aergency. Mr. Lind moved for <br />adoption; second by Mrs. Babas; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-158 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-162 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to transfer and make appropriations fvr current ewes and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending Decea~er 31, 1992. <br />Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by <br />Mrs. Babas; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by <br />Mrs. Babas; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-162 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 92-163 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertix for anti accept <br />bids for the improvement of Maria Lane and Rosita Lane, as detailed in the <br />specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 92-165 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was given its second. reading. <br />An ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 1305 of the Codified Ordinances <br />of the City of North Olmsted, entitled, "One, Two and Three-Family Dwelling <br />Code." <br />Resolution No. 92-166 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the City of North Olmsted's participation in the Westshore <br />Council of Goverrunent's application for amulti-jurisdictional regional minitm~n <br />security jail. <br />Ordinance No. 92-169 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Regional Income Tax agency to deduct certain costs of <br />income tax collection enforcements programs from the City's monthly distribution <br />check, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules <br />requiring three readings; second by Mr. Leonard; motion passed unanimously.
