Council Minutes of 12/1/92 <br />LEGISLATION (continued) <br />Or 'Hance o. - was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind on <br />behalf of Mayor Boyle. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses <br />and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December <br />31, 1993. <br />Resolution No. 92-171 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. A <br />resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 1993, all tax money due and owing said City from <br />arty collection source. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring <br />three readings; second by Mr. Leonard; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Lind moved <br />for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. <br />92-171 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-172 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on <br />behalf of Mayor Boyle. An ordinance providing for the establist~ent of a program <br />of recycling for multi-family dwelling units located within the City of North <br />Olmsted and declaring an urgency. <br />Ordinance No. 92-173 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind on <br />behalf of Mayor Boyle. An ordinance establishing health care benefits for non- <br />bargaining employees of the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency. <br />Miscellaneous Business <br />Mr. Nashar announc that the public hearing on Ordinance No. 92-102 which had <br />been scheduled for January 5 had been postponed and would be rescheduled at a <br />later time. <br />Mrs. Bahas arnzounced that a public hearing for the Community Development <br />Block Grant program would be held in Council Chambers at 7:30 on Thursday, <br />December 10. <br />Mrs. Bahas armounced that the C~anttee-as-a-Whole meeting originally scheduled <br />for Monday, December 14, had been changed to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, December 15. <br />Mr. McKay moved to excuse the absence of Council President Boehmer and Council <br />Member Saringer; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. <br />Mr. Nashar assigned Ordinances 92-170 and 92-173 to the Finance Committee and <br />Ordinance 92-172 to the Envirormnental Control Committee. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come <br />before Council, Acting President Pro Tan Nashar adjourned the meeting at <br />8:30 p.m. <br />cU~v-~- <br />~f <br />arbara L.
