A resolution authorizing the <br />Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for construction of catch basin, <br />manhole, sidewalk, curbing aril pavement repairs at various locations in the City <br />of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Nashar moved for reconsdera- <br />tion; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Nashar moved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 92-147 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution No. 92-154 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings aril <br />committee review; second by Mrs. Beringer; motion passed unani~rously. Mr. Lind <br />moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; motion passed unanimously. Resolu- <br />tion No. 92-164 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-168 introduced by lam. Lind was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for <br />the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1993. Mr. Lind moved <br />for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and c~nmittee review; second <br />by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously.
