Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise far bids for the repair and refurbishing of a 1977 Seagrave Puanpex Fire Truck and to further advertise for bids for the purchase of a new P~ fire truck as per specfica- tions now on file in the office of the Director of Public Safety, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 92-157 was introduced a~i placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. An ordinance accepting an easement for the installation and maintenance of a water line for the purpose of supplying water service by the City of Cleveland to land owned by North Olmsted Golf Course, Inc., sued. Shore West Construction Company. Ordinance No. 92-158 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance accepting an easement for the installation and maintenance of a water line for the purpose of supplying water service by the City of Cleveland to land owned by Rennie Homes, Inc. anyd declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 92-159 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $4,975,00 notes, in anticipa- tion of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the mtmicipal sanitary sewer system by co~structi:ng, reconstructing, rehabilitating and replacing sanitary sewers s~~ti sitary sewer <x~rmections and by improving ate. equipping the Wastewater Treatment Plant, together with the necessary appurten- ances and work incidental thereto, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requuiring three. readings and committee review; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously.. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; accord by Mr. M~eKay; motion passed unanimously. Resident, Margaret McKay, questioned what type of vehicle was being purchased. Finance Director Burns explained it was a Vac/All used for cleaning sewers. Miscellaneous Business Because o the c vision cxmceming the vehicle referred to in Ordinance 92-160, Mr. Leonard suggested that future note ordinances describe the equiptment being financed. 5
