Shore West Construction <br />Company. <br />Ordinance No. 92-158 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance accepting an easement for the installation and maintenance of a water <br />line for the purpose of supplying water service by the City of Cleveland to land <br />owned by Rennie Homes, Inc. anyd declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 92-159 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $4,975,00 notes, in anticipa- <br />tion of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the mtmicipal <br />sanitary sewer system by co~structi:ng, reconstructing, rehabilitating and <br />replacing sanitary sewers s~~ti sitary sewer <x~rmections and by improving ate. <br />equipping the Wastewater Treatment Plant, together with the necessary appurten- <br />ances and work incidental thereto, and declaring an emergency. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $125,000 notes, in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bor~is, for the purpose of acquiring a motor vehicle for use in <br />carrying out functions of the Department of Public Service, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings <br />and committee review; accord by Mr. M~eKay; motion passed unanimously. Resident, <br />Margaret McKay, questioned what type of vehicle was being purchased. Finance <br />Director Burns explained it was a Vac/All used for cleaning sewers. Mr. Lind <br />moved for adoption; secor~l by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 92-160 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-161 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Linda An <br />ordinance to transfer aixi make appropriations for current expenses anti other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1992. <br />Mr. Lim moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second. by <br />Mr. McKay; motion passed unan~nxsly.
