Ordinance No. 92-152 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 92-23 and providing salary ranges for the new positions of Commissioner of Electronic Data Processing and Electronic Data Processing Specialist within the office of the Mayor, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 92-154 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 2,000 tons of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 92-155 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Leonard. An ordinance accepting a traffic control equipment easement located on property owned by Manners Investment Limited Partnership and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 232-26-3 by Cuyahoga County maps and records, said easement shown on Exhibit "B", and declaring an emergency. 4
