A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />cracksealing on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifica- <br />tions now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 92-146 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />pulva mixing on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifica- <br />tions now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 92-147 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />construction of catch basin, manhole, sidewalk, curbing and pavement repairs at <br />various locations in the City of North 0].mgted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 92-148 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance accepting for dedication a portion of Cambridge Crossings Estates <br />subdivision which includes Westminster Drive aril Alexandra Court in the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-151 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance creating, within the Mayor's office, a Division of Electronic Data <br />Processing, at Chapter 175 of the Administrative Code; creating the positions of <br />Commissioner of Electronic Data Processing and Electronic Data Processing <br />Specialist, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 92-152 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Ordinance No. 92-23 and providing salary ranges for the new <br />positions of Commissioner of Electronic Data Processing and Electronic Data <br />Processing Specialist within the office of the Mayor, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 92-154 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />2,000 tons of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the <br />Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 92-155 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Leonard. <br />An ordinance accepting a traffic control equipment easement located on property <br />owned by Manners Investment Limited Partnership and designated as Permanent <br />Parcel No. 232-26-3 by Cuyahoga County maps and records, said easement shown on <br />Exhibit "B", and declaring an emergency. <br />4 <br /> <br />
