Mrs. Beringer <br />moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and comni.ttee review; <br />second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed uaE~imously. Mrs. Beringer moved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-149 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-151 was introduced and. placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />An ordinance creating, within the Mayor's office, a Division of Electronic Data <br />Processing, at Chapter 175 of the Administrative C®de; cseating the positions of <br />Commissioner of Electronic Data Processing and Electronic Data Processing <br />Specialist; and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 92-152 was introduced ar~d placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 92-23 and providing salary ranges for the new <br />positions of Commissioner of Electronic Data Processing and Electronic Data <br />Processing Specialist within the office of the Mayor, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 92-153 was .introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga <br />County General Health District for the year 1993, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and <br />committee review; second by Mrs. Babas; motion passed unanimously. Mr. McKay <br />moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Babas; motion passed unanimously. Resolution <br />No. 92-153 adopted. <br />Miscellaneous Business <br />Mr. McKay ache e a Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee meeting for <br />7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27. <br />Mr. Nashar scheduled a Streets & Drainage Committee meeting for 7:30 p.m. on <br />Wednesday, October 28. Law Director Garesu and Service Director Bohlmarm are <br />asked to attend. <br />Mr. Musial scheduled a Recreation Committee meeting for 8 p.m, on Wednesday, <br />October 2$. Finance Director Burns, Safety Director Gundy, and Recreation <br />Commissioner Fattlar are asked to attend. <br />Mr. McKay moved to change the next Council meeting to Wednesday, November 4, <br />because Tuesday, November 3, is election day; second by Mrs. Babas; motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />With the agenda being ca~npleted and there being no further business to come <br />before Council, President Boehmer adjourned the meeting at 9:16 p.m. <br />~~ ~ <br />'`~ James D.
