Mrs. Beringer moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and comni.ttee review; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed uaE~imously. Mrs. Beringer moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-149 adopted. Ordinance No. 92-151 was introduced and. placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance creating, within the Mayor's office, a Division of Electronic Data Processing, at Chapter 175 of the Administrative C®de; cseating the positions of Commissioner of Electronic Data Processing and Electronic Data Processing Specialist; and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 92-152 was introduced ar~d placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 92-23 and providing salary ranges for the new positions of Commissioner of Electronic Data Processing and Electronic Data Processing Specialist within the office of the Mayor, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 92-153 was .introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga County General Health District for the year 1993, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mrs. Babas; motion passed unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Babas; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 92-153 adopted. Miscellaneous Business Mr. McKay ache e a Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee meeting for 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27. Mr. Nashar scheduled a Streets & Drainage Committee meeting for 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28. Law Director Garesu and Service Director Bohlmarm are asked to attend. Mr. Musial scheduled a Recreation Committee meeting for 8 p.m, on Wednesday, October 2$. Finance Director Burns, Safety Director Gundy, and Recreation Commissioner Fattlar are asked to attend. Mr. McKay moved to change the next Council meeting to Wednesday, November 4, because Tuesday, November 3, is election day; second by Mrs. Babas; motion passed unanimously.
