An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North OLnsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the I-~TNICIPALITY, in the muter of the hereinafter described improvements and requests the .cooperation of the County of Cuyahoga by its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY. Resolution No. 92-142 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Saringer. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit and seek financial assistance from the State Issue 2 Infrastructure Bond Program for funding of various municipal capital infrastructure improvement projects, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Beringer moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; secozbd by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for partial depth concrete joint repair an various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same and declaring an emergency. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for cracksealing on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifica- tions now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same and declaring an emergency.
