Council Minutes of 10/20/92 Mr. Nashar stated that the Streets & Drainage Committee would discuss Frank Street at the next committee meeting. Ralph Rhodes, 5157 Devon Drive, spoke against Ordinance 92-138 which deals with the stacking of firewood. Ile was glad to hear that the ordinance has been put back into committee for review. LEGISLATION Resa~ti.on No. 92-125 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. A resolution accepting title to 3.38750 acres of real property formerly used as the recreational area of the Deerfield North Homeowners Association, and authorizing the Law Director to take whatever legal measures are appropriate and necessary to quiet title to said real property in the name of the City of North Olmsted. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Leonard; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 92-125 adopted. Ordinance No. 92-128 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for additional Motorola equipment to up-date existing Motorola Centracam Series II Dispatch Console within the Police Department. An ordinance to amend Section 911.12, Use of Public Sewers, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. Resolution No. 92-134 introduced by Mayor Boyle on behalf of himself and the entire Council was given its second. reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the construction of the sanitary sewer rehabilitation, Phase D-1992, improvements at various locations in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Ohio Council 8 and Local ~~2681 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, covering Service and Waste Water Treatment Plant employees, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 92-137 introduced by Mrs. Babas, Mr. McKay, and Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading. A resolution urging the Senate of the State of Ohio to act upon and adopt Senate Bill 11 which provides for the prohibition of the issuance or renewal of liquor permits authorizing the sale of beer, wine, and mixed beverages at premises where gasoline or any other motor vehicle fuel is sold or offered for sale, and declaring an emergency.
