Council Minutes of 10/6/92 <br />LEGISLATION (continued) <br />requiring three readings and cotrmi.ttee review; second by Mr. Leonard; motion <br />passed unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Leonard; motion <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-135 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-136 was introduced ar~d placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agree:aent with Ohio Council 8 <br />and Local ~~2681 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal <br />employees, covering service and Waste Water Treatment Plant employees, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 92-137 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Babas on <br />behalf of herself, Mr. McKay, and Mrs. Beringer. A resolution urging the Senate <br />of the State of Ohio to act uspon and. adopt Senate Bill 11 which provides for the <br />prohibition of the issuance or renewal. of liquor permits authorizing the sale of <br />beer, wine, and mixed beverages at premises where gasoline or any other motor <br />vehicle fuel is sold or offered for sale, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 92-138 was introduced ar~d placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance creating Section 521.15 of the General Offenses Code of the City of <br />North Olmsted, entitled "Stacking of Firewood in Residential Districts," aril. <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 92-139 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North 0]msted by <br />providing for the installation of a stop sign on Wood Path Drive where the same <br />intersects with Pheasants Walk, thereby regulating traffic entering Pheasants <br />Walk, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rules <br />requuring three readings and co~mittee review; second by Mr. Leonard; motion <br />passed unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Leonard; motion <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-139 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-140 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the installation of a stop sign on Quail Run where the same <br />intersects with Pheasants Walk, thereby regulating traffic entering Pheasants <br />Walk, and declaring an emergency.
