Ordinance No. 92-122 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-128 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance .authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids far <br />additional Motorola equipment to up-date existing Motorola Centracom Series II <br />Dispatch Console within the Police Department. <br />Resolution No. 92-131 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. A <br />resolution requesting the Cuyahoga County Engineer to proceed with the improve- <br />ment of Crocker-Stearns (CR-11$) Extension and to include a mid six foot high <br />wood fence along the right-of-way line to protect the residential property on <br />Hampton Drive and Quail Run, and resolving to pay for certain items and plan <br />changes, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 92-133 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on <br />behalf of himself arxi Mr. Nashar. An ordinance to amend Sectioa~ 911.12, Use of <br />Public Sewers, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 92-134 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle <br />on behalf of himself and the entire Council. A resolution authorizing the <br />Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the construction of the <br />sanitary sewer rehabilitation, Phase D-1992, improvements at various locations in <br />the City of North Olmsted, aryd declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 92-135 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to make emergency repairs on <br />the natural gas lines at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, without public bidding, <br />and declaring an emergency.
