An ordinance providing for the issuance. and sale of bonds in the maximatua aggregate principal amount of $1,280,000 to pay costs of resmvating, remodeling, rehabili- tating, furnishing, equipping and. otherwise improving the aa~ncipal recreation center and improving aryd equipping its site, and declaring an emergency.
