Council Minutes of 8/18/92 LEGISLATION Or ce No. 92-69 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its third reading. An ordinance amending Chapter 739 of the Codified Ordinances entitled "Gasolir Service Stations" by adding thereto a new Section 739.04 entitled "FIandicapped Service Required" as amended, Mr. Leonard moved for .adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion pa sed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-69 adopted. Ordinance No. 92-44 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An ordinance authorizing and. directing the Director of Law of the City of North Olmsted to prepare and file with the Court of Common Pleas of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, a revised and modified judgment entry in the case of Developers Diversi- fied, et. al. vs. the City of North Olmsted, et. al., Case Number 127076, and declaring an emergency, Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-44 adopted. Ordinance No. 92-70 introduced by Mr. amended. An ordinance amenc.i.ng Chapter "Park ark Recreation Areas" by adding Regulations" a new subsection Q entitled as amended. Leonard was- given its second reading as 947 of the Codified Ordinances entitled to Section 947.01 entitled "Rules and. "Travelling Public Shows arx3. Carnivals," Resolution No. 92-86 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle on behalf of himself and Council. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to file an application and enter into an agreement with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources for the purpose of acquiring funds through the Litter Prevention and Recycling Program pursuant to the Ohio Litter Control Act of 1980, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; secorul by Mr. Nashar; motion passed ur~nim©usly. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second. by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously, Resolution No. 92-86 adopted. Resolution No. 92-87 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Beringer. A resolution supporting the efforts of Cuyahoga County Auditor Tim McCormack and. the Cuyahoga County Auditor's Senior Advisory Board in recognizing the need to revise the Ohio Energy Credits Program through the passage of House Bill 552 as introduced by State Representative C. J. Prentiss. Mrs. Beringer moved for sus- pension of the rules requiring three readings and cosmittee review; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-88 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar on behalf of the Mayor and. Council. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted. to enter into an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company to provide engineering services for paving and drainage improvements in the Deerfield subdivision. Resolution No. 92-89 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr, Irir~i. A resolution authorizing the Director of Personnel and Administrative Services to seek proposals for general liability and other forms of insurance for the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency.
