An <br />ordinance amending Chapter 739 of the Codified Ordinances entitled "Gasolir <br />Service Stations" by adding thereto a new Section 739.04 entitled "FIandicapped <br />Service Required" as amended, Mr. Leonard moved for .adoption; second by Mr. <br />McKay; motion pa sed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-69 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-44 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and. directing the Director of Law of the City of North <br />Olmsted to prepare and file with the Court of Common Pleas of Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio, a revised and modified judgment entry in the case of Developers Diversi- <br />fied, et. al. vs. the City of North Olmsted, et. al., Case Number 127076, and <br />declaring an emergency, Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; <br />motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-44 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-70 introduced by Mr. <br />amended. An ordinance amenc.i.ng Chapter <br />"Park ark Recreation Areas" by adding <br />Regulations" a new subsection Q entitled <br />as amended. <br />Leonard was- given its second reading as <br />947 of the Codified Ordinances entitled <br />to Section 947.01 entitled "Rules and. <br />"Travelling Public Shows arx3. Carnivals," <br />Resolution No. 92-86 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle on <br />behalf of himself and Council. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to file an <br />application and enter into an agreement with the Ohio Department of Natural <br />Resources for the purpose of acquiring funds through the Litter Prevention and <br />Recycling Program pursuant to the Ohio Litter Control Act of 1980, and declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rules requiring three <br />readings and committee review; secorul by Mr. Nashar; motion passed ur~nim©usly. <br />Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second. by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously, <br />Resolution No. 92-86 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 92-87 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Beringer. <br />A resolution supporting the efforts of Cuyahoga County Auditor Tim McCormack and. <br />the Cuyahoga County Auditor's Senior Advisory Board in recognizing the need to <br />revise the Ohio Energy Credits Program through the passage of House Bill 552 as <br />introduced by State Representative C. J. Prentiss. Mrs. Beringer moved for sus- <br />pension of the rules requiring three readings and cosmittee review; second by Mr. <br />McKay; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 92-87 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-88 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar on <br />behalf of the Mayor and. Council. An ordinance authorizing and directing the <br />Mayor of the City of North Olmsted. to enter into an agreement with Western <br />Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company to provide engineering services for <br />paving and drainage improvements in the Deerfield subdivision. <br />Resolution No. 92-89 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr, Irir~i. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Personnel and Administrative Services to <br />seek proposals for general liability and other forms of insurance for the City of <br />North Olmsted and declaring an emergency.
