An ordinance providing for the issuance of bons, for the purpose of providing funds to pay costs of the judgment rendered against the City in Civil Action Number C82-3089 in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division and losses, damages and e~cpenses related thereto, anci declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-95 adopted. Ordinance No. 92-96 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Li.rxl. who noted that the .signed fiscal officer's certificate was attached to the ordinance. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $200,000 notes, in anticipa- tion of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of acquiring an urgency rescue vehicle and equipment, incltuling turn out gear, air packs ar~d tanks, radio equipment, hoses and nozzles, for ua~e in carrying out functions of the Division of Fire of the De~tment of Public Safety, and declaring an emerg~cy.
