Ordinance <br />No. 92-100 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-101 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Leonard. <br />An ordinance to transfer and make appropriations for current uses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Opted for the year ending Decee~ber 31, 1992. <br />Mayor Boyle wanted to note that this ordinance cannot be passed in its present <br />form because it exceeds the wed certificate. Mr. Leonard asked Finance <br />Director Burns how much money would be available. Mr. Bums replied that $2,600 <br />is available. Mr. Leonard felt that amount would be sufficient since the <br />ordinance would not be passed nor~go into effect for some time. Mayor Boyle <br />wanted his objection to it to be noted by Finance Committee Chairperson Lind. <br />Mr. Lind said it was so noted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-102 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Beringer. <br />An ordinance creating new and revised Section 1126.02, 1161.12., and 1161.121 of <br />the North Olmsted Zoning Code relating to commercial lighting structures. <br />Ordinance No. 92-103 was introduced. and placed on first reading by Mrs. Beringer. <br />An ordinance creating Chapter 556 of the General Offenses Code of the City of <br />North Olmsted, entitled "Lighting Nuisance Control," and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 92-104 was introduced and placed on first reading. by Mr. Leonard. <br />An ordinance amending Section 5 of Ordinance Number 92-23 providing for a new <br />salary range for the Office of the Clerk of Council. <br />Ordinance No. 92-105, an ordinance establishing a new Section 135.07 of the <br />Codified Ordinances entitled "I~nthly Reports Required" of Chapter 135 entitled <br />"Department of Finance." Mr. Leonard moved to table the ordinance; second by Mr. <br />McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-105 tabled. <br />Resolution No. 92-106 was introduced anti placed on first reading by Mrs. <br />Beringer. A resolution to support the efforts of Cuyahoga County Auditor J. <br />Timothy McCormack and Cuyahoga County Auditor's Advisory Board to urge Ohio <br />Governor George Voinovich, Ohio House Speaker Vern Riffe, President of the Ohio <br />Senate Stanley Aronoff and the Ohio General Assembly to provide meaningful tax <br />relief for Ohio's senior and disabled citizens by supporting the passage of House <br />Bill 10 sponsored by Representative Ronald J. Buster. Mrs. Beringer movec~or <br />suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by <br />Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously.
