Mr. McKay <br />moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; <br />second by Mr. Lind; motion passed ia~nmously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; <br />second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-108 adopted. <br />Miscellaneous Business <br />Mr. McKay moved that Council adjourn into executive session to discuss the <br />purchase of property; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. <br />Council adjourned into executive session at 8:58 p.m. Council reconvened at <br />9:33 p.m. <br />Mr. Lind scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Wednesday,. August 26, at <br />7:30 p.m. and requested that Mayor Boyle and Finance Director Burns attend. <br />Mr. Nashar scheduled a Streets & Drainage Committee meeting for Monday, <br />August 24, at 7 p.m. and requested that Service Director Bohlmarm attend. <br />Ordinance 92-88 will be on the agenda. <br />Mr. Leonard moved to excuse the absence of Council Member Bahas; second by Mr. <br />Musial; motion passed unanimously. <br />Mr. McKay scheduled a Safety Committee meeting for 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, <br />August 19, aril requested that Safety Director Gundy attend. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come <br />before Council, President Boehmer adjourned the meeting at 9:35 p.m. <br />James D.
