A resoluti:can accepting the official <br />colors of the Seal of the City of North Olmsted., as a~rided. Mr. McKay moved for <br />suspension of the rules requiring three readings arxi ccittee review; second by <br />Mr. Nashar; motion passed umanimouasly. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by <br />Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 92-78 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92--84 was introduced .and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />An ordinance authorizing grid directing the Mayor of. the City of North 07.msted to <br />enter into an agreement with Dalia Cc~asuil.tants to provide co~structi.cm surveying <br />services for the rehabilitation of Silverdale Road, Selhurst Road and Duane Road, <br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rules <br />requiring three readings anti cae~ttee review; second by Mrs. BahaB; motiara <br />passed unanimously. Mr. McKay mQVeci for adoption; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-84 adapted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-85 was introduced and. placed on first reading; by Mr. Nashar. An <br />ordinance accepting an easement for the in~atallation ar~d maintene~e of a water <br />line for the purpose of circulation. of meter .service by the City of Cleveland to <br />land owned by the Share West Construction Cc~mgpany and declaring an ernergex~cy. <br />Mr. Nashar moved for suspension of the. rules requiring three readings and <br />committee .review; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unsniy. Mr. Nashar <br />moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind.; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. <br />92-85 adopted. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Mrs. Ba as, airperson of the Legislative Committee, asked Council's <br />consideration of the following appointments: <br />a. Moved to approve the appointment of Sue Ferencik to the Architectural Board <br />of Review for the term ending December 31, 1993; second by Mr. Lind; motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />b. Moved to approve the appointment of Kay O'Rourke to the Planning Coymission <br />for the unexpired term ending December 31, 1995; second by Mr. McKay; motion <br />passed taiarumously. <br />c. .Moved to approve Town Koberna to the Board of Zoning Appeals fulfilling the <br />unexpired teen ending December 31, 1996; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Mayor Boyle announced that he had appointed Glenn Marks to the Civil Service <br />Commission to replace Al Kovelan. <br />Mr. Nashar moved to excuse the absence of Council Members Leonard and Saringer; <br />second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. <br />3 <br />
