Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 92-78 adopted. Ordinance No. 92--84 was introduced .and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance authorizing grid directing the Mayor of. the City of North 07.msted to enter into an agreement with Dalia Cc~asuil.tants to provide co~structi.cm surveying services for the rehabilitation of Silverdale Road, Selhurst Road and Duane Road, and declaring an emergency. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Mrs. Ba as, airperson of the Legislative Committee, asked Council's consideration of the following appointments: a. Moved to approve the appointment of Sue Ferencik to the Architectural Board of Review for the term ending December 31, 1993; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. b. Moved to approve the appointment of Kay O'Rourke to the Planning Coymission for the unexpired term ending December 31, 1995; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed taiarumously. c. .Moved to approve Town Koberna to the Board of Zoning Appeals fulfilling the unexpired teen ending December 31, 1996; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Mayor Boyle announced that he had appointed Glenn Marks to the Civil Service Commission to replace Al Kovelan. Mr. Nashar moved to excuse the absence of Council Members Leonard and Saringer; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. 3
