An ordinance amending Section 915.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted to establish revised user charges to be levied and ~sessed upon each lot, parcel of land, building or pre~ni.ses having any sewer connec- tion with the municipal sanitary se~rage system, providing amounts to be charged for industrial waste surcharges pursuant to Chapter 915 of the Codified Ordinances and industrial pretreeta~nt program fees pursuant to Section 917.04 of the Codified Ordinances, repealing Ordinance No. 85-6 anti declaring an urgency. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-73 adopted. Ordinance No. 92-74 introduced by Mr. McKay ~s given its third reading. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the installation of No Parking signs on t~ south side of Clifford Drive begirming at Claque Road sixi continu:iszg to the Fairview Park city line, and declaring an emergency. A resolution authorizing the Director of Personnel azxi Ac~.inistra- tive Services to seek proposals for appraisal and inv+~ntory of city buildings and contents in the City of North Olmsted, anti declaring an emergency.
