~~. <br />C7 <br />Council Minutes of 6/16/92 <br />LEGISLATION <br />Or~.inance No. 92-60 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of the Mayor aril. entire <br />Council was given its third reading. An ordinance creating new and revised <br />Chapter 1361 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled <br />"Flood Damage Prevention" and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for <br />adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; motion passed unani mously. Ordinance No. <br />92-60 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 92-62 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />the installation of an HVAC system and kitchen hood with a suppression system and <br />related appurtenances at the canmiuiity cabin in the City of North Olmsted, and <br />declaring an emergency, as amended. <br />Resolution No. 92-63 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. A <br />resolution accepting for recording purpose only the resubdivisiori plat of Parcel <br />IA, IB and IC of the Developers Diversified, Ltd. a~ W. & Z. Properties, Ltd. <br />resubdivision plat (as recorded in Volume 257, Page 2 of Cuyahoga County maps and <br />records) in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 92-64 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />the installation of fencing along the Coe lateral ditch in the City of North <br />Olmsted, and declaring an ~nergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules <br />requiring three readings; second by Mrs. Beringer; motion passed unanimously. <br />Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; motion passed unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 92-64 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 92-65 introduced by Mayor Boyle and the entire Council was given <br />its second reading as amended. A resolution supporting Jianp-Start America and <br />declaring an emergency, as amended. <br />Resolution No. 92-67 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />stormwater drainage improvements on and near South Barton Road in the City of <br />North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Nashar moved for suspension of <br />the rules requiring three readings; second by Mrs. Beringer; motion passed unani- <br />mously. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; motion passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 92-67 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 92-68 introduced by Mr. Lind was given <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to <br />leasing of an improved software package for the telephone <br />the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />its second reading.
